This is a new summer festival project for the Furness area, which is a beautiful and secluded oasis, lying between the seas of Morecambe Bay and the Duddon Estuary. It's a really stunning area to visit.

FurnessFest 1 will play out between the 18th and 20th July 2008 at a superb location, overlooking the coastline of the Bay and the Irish Sea beyond. The sunsets from here are truly beautiful.

Professionally organised; FurnessFest will bring together the great Furness live music scene and mix it with a blend of established national acts, resulting in a whole three days of quality entertainment.
