I haven't lived here that long to know where the best pie shops are...all I know is my local chippies are awful...yet people seem to like them...*puke*
The local pie shop I was told was the best in town...so I trotted along to buy some , jeeez what a price they were!...and they were probably the next worse thing to the local chippy I have tasted!
I could fry better fish n chips and make better pies having worked in such places but sorry folks , no plans for a business yet...

York Street was the one I was talking about! My fish was swimming in grease and the chips it was 'orrid , and matty's are no better!
But! Each and everyone to their own tastes I am merely expressing my palattes preferenceImage

York St rocks! Havn't been for ages though. Either the ques a mile long or it's too out of the way. Greens pies are a little bit awesome too.

Saw that, good show. Just how cooking should be, simple and outdoors. Bring on the spring and more BBQs.
